Abstract
With the penetration of the Internet to all walks of life, tourism e-commerce has occupied a part of the world in the tourism industry. This paper holds that the integration of e-commerce and tourism is an inevitable trend. With the rapid development of the tourism e-commerce industry, a series of problems have emerged. This paper describes and gives a series of suggestions on the problems of incomplete website information, lack of personalized services, lack of talents, and imperfect laws and regulations.
