Abstract
Based on the theoretical background, this study uses a questionnaire survey to examine the relationship among perceived overqualification and special agreement on new-generation employee's proactivity. The results show that perceived overqualification has a negative impact on proactivity. In addition, the special agreement plays a moderating role between perceived overqualification and proactivity.
