Abstract

With the decline of rural labor force in recent years, the cost of employment has increased. Direct sowing rice developed rapidly with the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving, simple and efficient, low labor cost and high benefit. In this paper, the varieties selection, cultivation management measures and mechanized seeding of direct seeding rice in China were summarized, and the development direction of direct seeding rice was pointed out.
