Abstract

Participation of Party organizations in decision-making on major issues in private colleges and universities is an important content and main way for them to play their political core role. This paper studies the problems and Countermeasures of participating decision-making mechanism in the construction of Party organizations in private colleges and universities, analyses the current situation and existing problems in the construction of Party organizations in private colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Research and analysis show that running colleges and universities is not only an important place for college students to learn knowledge and develop themselves. It is also an important position for the motherland to train new socialist youth and to convey the advanced ideas of the party organization. At the same time, the party branch of a private college is a place to discover and cultivate outstanding young Communists.
