Abstract

With the rapid development of the construction industry, the scale of the construction industry is expanding and the competition is becoming more and fiercer. Construction project management is particularly important. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary to shorten the construction period, save funds and ensure quality. This paper focuses on the elaboration and analysis of the related problems in the management of construction projects, and puts forward targeted solutions and measures.
