Abstract

In the era of the upgrading of domestic consumption level, fresh products e-commerce has become a rising star. However, it's limited in its characteristics, which make it difficult to develop. Therefore, this paper mainly conducts a research on its performance, firstly constructing the performance evaluation index system of the cold chain logistics enterprise, secondly carrying on the empirical research to the enterprise by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and finally putting forward some optimized suggestions regarding the existing problems.
