Abstract

With the development of education cause in China, private colleges have appeared in the unprecedented scale; however, as the public thinks highly of it, the exposed problems of the colleges are becoming more and more. Based on the economic background of the China’s New Normal, the writer of this thesis analyzes the main problems about internal control of the private colleges, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures so as to promote the private colleges to make greater contributions for the education cause of China.
