Abstract

As a new type of Internet finance model, P2P network lending has developed rapidly in China. However, due to the lack of perfect laws and regulations and financial supervision system, there are still many risks in actual operation and management. This paper studies the current status of P2P network lending and the main operating modes of P2P network lending at home and abroad, this paper also discusses the main risks in the development of P2P network lending and the proposes corresponding regulatory countermeasures to promote the healthy, stable and orderly development of the P2P network lending industry.
