Abstract
			The teaching of higher vocational colleges include theoretical and practical teaching. Only by comprehensively understanding and analyzing the indexes influencing the performance of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges can the effective and reasonable performance evaluation system be formulated. This paper, on the basis of putting forward problems existing in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, discusses the principle, the construction and method determining the weight.
