Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous enhancement of the country's comprehensive strength, the development of China's education has also been greatly promoted. Under the background of extensive concern in the education industry, the construction of teaching resource bank has been constantly improved and updated, so as to better adapt to the actual needs of Education under the new curriculum reform. As a key course in the education of college students in our country, "Non-linear Editing Technology" plays a very important role in the education of students of relevant specialties. Therefore, on the basis of the continuous updating of teaching resources, we should reform the course of "Non-linear Editing Technology" and better promote "Non-linear Editing Technology". The construction and development of Shu course is very important. From this point of view, this study briefly introduces the current situation of the construction of teaching resource bank, and will focus on the problems existing in the construction of teaching resource bank, the construction of Teaching Resource Bank of "non-linear editing technology" and the teaching reform of "non-linear editing technology" course based on the construction of teaching resource bank.
