Abstract

Minority students are a special group of college students in the Mainland. The group’s education management is an important part of the work of college students. Colleges and universities should further strengthen the training mechanism and management of education and education management teams for mainland minority college students by establishing and perfecting ideological and political education guidance mechanisms, academic support mechanisms, life support mechanisms, daily management mechanisms, and employment assistance implementation mechanisms.
