Abstract

Participating in the “Belt and Road” construction has the unique advantages of Northeast China. The reason is that by re-examining the history of international relations in the Northeast, the Northeast can actively participate in the construction of the “Belt and Road” through the two points of “land and sea”. On land, in the northeastern region through the St. Petersburg railway corridor, it is necessary to strengthen the economic radiation in northeastern Russia, the economic relationship between North Europe and China, and strengthen the Northeast. In the Northeast, it is necessary to strengthen economic cooperation between Japan, South Korea, the United States and other countries and regions. Building the northeast region at the forefront of opening up will help to invigorate regional economic revitalization and ensure strategic security.
