Abstract

As the standard-bearer in science and technology talent pool, the leading talents determine where they head. Zhejiang Province is home to numerous talents and always pays much attention to bring into a large number of scientific and technological talents in general, the leading scientific and technological talents in particular. Based on the status quo of Zhejiang Province, this paper chooses Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou to find out what problems lie in science and technology cluster, promoting the concentration of leading talents in science and technology and the gathering of high-end industries and providing useful information for the economic growth.
