Abstract

At the university, counselors not only manage the work of students, but also the problems in life and ideas. With the development of the times, higher requirements are put forward for college counselors, and the tasks of college counselors are also aggravated. Whether the role of counselors is appropriate, whether team building is reasonable, directly affects the development of students, and thus affects School development. This paper analyzes the role of the counselor from the perspective of the role of college counselors, as well as the actual situation and problems, and how to strengthen.
