Abstract

Football is not only a world-wide sport that is popular among the masses, but also one of the important courses in college physical education. In order to make the college football movement grow in depth and breadth, this paper examines the physical education teachers in colleges and universities should clarify the problems existing in football teaching and explore targeted optimization strategies. In order to better enrich the students' knowledge of football, improve their football skills and level, and promote the significant improvement of students' physical and mental qualities.
