Abstract

For students especially those who are not good at memorizing words and grammars, communicative strategy is an indispensable means and method used to deal with the communication difficulties. Accordingly, improving college students’ oral English skills should be combined with learning of communicative strategy. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of cultivating college students’ communicative strategy, how to apply communicative strategy into oral English teaching and the problems we should pay attention to in the course of application of communicative strategy.
