Abstract

The trend of China's economic development in the new era puts forward higher requirements for the quality of financial accounting professionals. At present, colleges and Universities Carrying out financial accounting professionals have not given effective reforms in the way of personnel training, and lack of new application-oriented talents to adapt to the economic development and changes of the new era. By analyzing the shortcomings of financial accounting personnel training mode under the new economic conditions, this paper puts forward effective strategies, hoping to be helpful to China's accounting personnel quality training.
