Abstract

Employment ideological and political education is an important educational content in the ideological and political education system. Teachers regard employment ideological and political education as a breakthrough point and an important carrier of employment guidance education in their teaching activities. It can gradually guide and help students to establish a correct concept of employment and enhance their employment adaptability after graduation. This article starts with the importance of employment ideological and political education. Combined with its influence on the concept of employment, the paper analyzes the measures to play the role of employment ideological and political education to help students establish a correct employment concept, for reference only.
