Abstract

This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the development of teaching staff's teaching ability. Through teaching practice, it expounds the effective ways of improving the knowledge structure, subject integration, professional characteristics and school-based culture, scientific research academics and teaching discussion and exchange.
