Abstract

In this paper, in order to establish an environmental cost assessment model for land use projects, we first select three indicators, namely, the natural resource depletion cost during the project implementation process, environmental pollution actual governance and virtual governance costs, and the sum of the latter two to quantitatively describe environmental degradation. Virtual cost. Using the sum of the three, we can calculate the environmental costs of a land-use project.
