Abstract

The professional values play an important role in guiding the professional behavior of maritime college students. Based on the survey, we study the present condition of employment of maritime university students, analyze the influence of maritime university students professional values to professional life, put forward ways to establish a correct professional values in order to provide suggestions to further enhance the professional development of maritime university students.
