Abstract

Under the new situation, our country continues to push forward the overall deepening reform, the socialist market economy enters the new normal, the economic structure is transforming and upgrading. In the new era and new situation, colleges and universities should train talents according to the needs of the society and the market, and strive to transport complex high-quality talents for the society, which requires colleges and universities not only to pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality. We should also pay attention to strengthening ideological and political education. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities affects political thought and moral accomplishment of students, but also influences outlook of students on life, world outlook and values. The traditional mode of ideological and political education always pays more attention to the form than to the essence of education, attaches importance to the instillation of theoretical knowledge and neglects the combination of practice and practice, and cannot achieve the purpose of ideological and political education. Based on this, this paper discusses how to effectively reform ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation.
