Abstract

With a review of researches on enterprise cost, the author introduces the status of researches on supply chain logistics cost, analyses the composition of supply chain logistics cost, briefly describes the existing problems of supply chain cost control in China's logistics enterprises, and introduces the specific strategies of supply chain cost control in the new economic situation.
