Abstract

Human resource management in colleges and universities is the core content of university management. It plays an important role in ensuring that talents can fully exert their talents in their respective positions, promote the good development of colleges and universities, and enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities. Nowadays, many colleges and universities have problems in human resource management. Therefore, deepening the reform of human resources in colleges and universities has become the trend of the times. Based on the actual situation, this paper mainly studies the specific measures of human resources management reform in colleges and universities.
