Abstract

Oil painting is an art form transmitted from Western countries to China. With the passage of time, oil painting has different artistic characteristics in different periods under the influence of Chinese local culture, which combines China's unique national characteristics and become an important part of Chinese culture and art. The concept of oil painting art has been continuously developed, showing different aesthetic characteristics at different stages. Under the background of multicultural integration, modern oil paintings have new forms of development, richer content, more aesthetic sense and diversiform value orientation.
