Abstract

Employability could be demonstrated when there is a good balance between job supply and employment demand. To give an overview of the situation of the employability of sports graduates in the China, we will first recall the situation of the “national sport systems”, then define what can be called a “sports employment system” which refers to the job market in sport and sport related sectors, to further examine the “sport training and education system” which means the situation of the education and training supply and outcomes in the corresponding area, and finally describe the relations between the employment and training systems.
