Abstract

Academy is an important space for moral cultivation. The students must go deep into actual life to cultivate their morality. For example, the teachers can take the students into the field and improve their ability of expression, communication and interdisciplinary vision through the form of research reports. At present, college students have strong individual consciousness and weak group consciousness. Colleges can cultivate the students' collective consciousness through the common living space. General education has two aspects. One is the first classroom, the other is the academy system. The above philosophy mentioned is in line with my ideas & practices of points rewarded management in college English teaching.
