Abstract

With the development of education and the increasing requirement of the society on the ability of talents, students in higher vocational colleges are gradually facing more severe employment challenges. Taking the reform of the education system in higher vocational colleges as the research object, this paper expounds the problems faced by the teaching in higher vocational colleges at the present stage, and explains how to build a new "comprehensive tutorial system" teaching system. It is hoped that relevant specific measures can play a certain reference role for educators in higher vocational colleges, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the employment rate of students in higher vocational colleges.
