Abstract
This paper aims to identity some existing issues in the quality management on e-commerce platforms and to establish the quality maturity model to cope with the problem. The level of the quality management on the platform is divided into five stages, i.e. initial, repeatable, defined, capable and efficient, respectively. The level of maturity is measured by the method of quality management maturity, thereby to identify the level of e-commerce platform quality management and to improve the quality of e-commerce platform management. The paper concludes that there are still weaknesses in the model, therefore requiring further improvement.
