Abstract

In our country, with the gradual establishment of market economy system and the gradual deepening of higher education system reform, especially with the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, the quality of higher education has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. At the same time, with the further popularization of information technology in life, artificial intelligence has gradually been applied to education. People use artificial intelligence technology to carry out personalized teaching activities, and then cultivate students' innovative ability and improve students' comprehensive quality level. This paper focuses on exploring the establishment of a new system of higher education management services. Based on the theory, the research deeply analyzes the important role played by the higher education evaluation system in the process of building higher education quality assurance system in China. Using empirical analysis and other methods, from the perspective of the interaction between higher education and scientific and technological innovation, this paper analyzes the lessons learned from the reform and development of higher education at home and abroad, and systematically studies and explores the reform and innovation of higher education in China.
