Abstract

With the transport industry to further deepen market-oriented reform, transportation enterprises are in face of increasingly fierce market competition, it increases the uncertainty of its operations to further exacerbate the risks. To establish a sound risk management mechanism becomes particularly important. On the basis of analysis on the current status and shortcoming of risk management of transport enterprises, this paper puts forward to the strategies of improving risk management of transport enterprise, namely building an enterprise-wide risk management system, and gives a number of recommendations.
