Abstract
The paper is to study the “flipped classroom” teaching mode, and understand the concept of the “flipped classroom” and analyze its characteristics. It analyzes the teaching assessment mode of college English in private colleges in China, especially discussing the importance of the formative assessment system in college English teaching. And. It tries to discuss the construction of the formative assessment of college English teaching based on the flipped classroom.
