Abstract
Teachers are the primary resources of running a school, so improving the teaching power of teachers in private colleges and universities is the basic guarantee of cultivating high-quality applied technical talents. At present, compared with the rapid development of private colleges and universities in China, there are many institutional obstacles in the teaching power of private colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper first analyzed the reasons for the shortage of teachers' teaching power in private colleges and universities, and then put forward the strategies to improve teachers' teaching power from the internal conditions and external management.
