According to the analysis on the questionnaire data, dissertation supervision of school play a core role in affecting the quality of degree thesis, individual heterogeneity among graduate students and the comprehensive ability of mentors are also crucial in determining the quality of degree thesis. In order to improve the quality of graduate students, the school, the students and the tutors must work together, the school as a leader who establish policy, tutors as a regulators and guider who make the policy work well, and students devote themselves to improve independent ability and innovative capacity.
