Abstract

With the continuous development of economic globalization, many large multinational enterprises tend to expand by means of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. However, in the current multinational M&A cases, the mergers and acquisitions have achieved the expected results. Performance appraisal methods tend to be relatively simple, so this paper uses a balanced scorecard to evaluate the performance of Wanda Group's acquisition of legendary film industry in order to seek innovative results.
