Abstract

College counselors are an important team in China's socialist higher education. With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and the deepening of higher education reform, new demands have been placed on college counselors. This paper provides constructive suggestions for promoting the construction and counseling of college counselors by exploring the strategies for improving the professional ability of college counselors in the new era.
