Abstract

To promote the prosperity and development of China's cultural undertakings and cultural industries, it is necessary to strengthen the overseas spread of Chinese traditional culture. How Chinese traditional culture “goes out” is understood and accepted by other nations in the world and has its due influence and interaction with other national cultures is an ambitious strategic plan.
