Abstract
This paper defines the double principal-agent relationship between financial institutions and logistics enterprise, logistics enterprise and financing corporations in supply chain finance services, and analyzes risks existing in its implementation based on double principal-agent theory, such as ethical risk, adverse selection and collusion. Further, it combs the formation and influencing factors of risk, and proposes the overcome of potential risk caused by information asymmetry in double principal-agent relationship through interests bound mechanism and risk control mechanism.
