Abstract

Let the spirit of craftsmen maintain the temperament of the times, and the spirit of craftsmen has become an important guiding ideology for vocational education personnel training. In order to cultivate modern professionals in logistics service and management specialty of secondary vocational schools, we must take the spirit of craftsmen as the guide, and determine the training mode of talents based on the talent orientation of "creating ingenuity and becoming craftsmen". The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of logistics service and management profession, and to explore how to use craftsmanship spirit to guide the determination of talent training mode.
