Abstract

The integration of existing teaching resources by modern information technology, breaking the traditional teaching concepts, to promote the role of teachers and students change, increase the radiation range of high quality teaching resources, puts forward an effective way to promote the quality of teaching resources sharing in urban and rural areas, effectively solve the problem of the balanced development of urban and rural education.
