Abstract

National economic management specialty is a new specialty created by reforming the original planned management specialty with the reform of China's economic system. The major of national economic management in Colleges and universities must be oriented by social needs and based on the development of students'abilities, so as to cultivate the compound applied talents needed by the society. The reform of talent cultivation system is the core and key link of China's educational system reform. Innovating talent cultivation mode is the most important part of the reform of higher education talent cultivation system. The traditional college economic management professional teaching mode attaches importance to “knowledge transfer” and despise “capacity training”, which seriously affects the cultivation of college students' practical ability and innovative ability, which makes it difficult for college students to adapt to social needs. For colleges and universities, the national economic management profession must be oriented to social needs. Based on the development of students' ability, we will cultivate the composite application talents that the society needs.
