Abstract

since the reform and opening up, accompanied by the rapid development of China's urbanization and industrialization. The emergence of floating population has become an inevitable phenomenon and product in the process of economic and social development, as well as an inevitable trend in the transformation and development of the whole society. The scale of floating population is expanding constantly, which makes the management of floating population become an urgent practical problem. Shanxi is a big province of energy in the middle of China, and also one of the big provinces of flow. Especially since the 21st century, the floating population in Shanxi has not only made contributions to the economic and social development of the province, but also put forward severe requirements for the urban population bearing capacity, the government's population governance ability and other related aspects. In the face of the new situation and new requirements of the economic development of the whole province, it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of population governance in Shanxi, constantly innovate the system, mechanism, approach and mode, and strive to make the floating population play a positive role in social development and contribute to social stability and harmonious development. The "management of floating population in Shanxi Province" survey is hereby conducted to find out the disadvantages in the management of floating population and propose solutions to the problems.
