Abstract

College students are very valuable human resources, they are the nation's hope, the future of the motherland. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is a strategic project related to the future of the country and the destiny of the nation. As the backbone of the ideological and political education of university students, as an instructor and guide for the healthy growth of college students, how to innovate the ideological and political work of college counselors will inevitably become an important task of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
