Abstract
With the development of information technology, every industry inevitably merges with information technology, and then seeks new development opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of its own industry. Nowadays, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, how to combine modern educational technology with college English teaching organically and improve the quality of college English teaching is a problem worth exploring. Based on the theory of constructivism and the practice of college English teaching in recent years, this paper puts forward the construction ideas and implementation effects of the three-dimensional teaching system of college English, and also raises related issues that need attention in the construction. The introduction of the wisdom teaching system has brought new development opportunities to junior high school English listening and speaking classes. System hardware and software defects, tablet usage and control issues, teacher-student teaching, learning style transformation and adjustment issues have brought new challenges to this teaching model.
