Abstract

After the reform and opening-up, China has actively opened its doors to the world, absorbing the world's advanced knowledge and successful experience, and integrating into the general trend of globalization. Especially after entering a new era, China's economic transformation has accelerated, industrial restructuring has been greatly enhanced, the demand for high-quality composite professionals has increased, and the “artisan spirit” of excellence has become more and more important, and discussions have become increasingly important. The integration of “artisan spirit” into college ideological and political education is in line with the current development trend of China, which is conducive to further strengthening the professional quality of Chinese college students, promoting social stability, and promoting the great transformation of China from manufacturing to “intellectual creation.” Based on the requirements of the era of “artisan spirit”, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to the current situation of “artisan spirit” education in the current ideological and political work of colleges and universities in China, and discusses the necessity of “artisan spirit” and the integration of colleges and universities, hopefully to make some contribution to the improvement of the craftsman's spiritual quality and professional skills and literacy of Chinese college students, and promote the development of the ideological quality of Chinese college students.
