Abstract

Ideological and political work is no longer an optional soft task, but must see, touched, and properly demanded, and ideological and political work must respect the democratic rights of cadres and workers, and that is the only way to do so. It is necessary to take the belief in and respect for cadres and workers as the starting point. The educators and the educated should be equal in the same-minded relationship; the equal attitude and democratic style of work shall be adopted to carry out the work of favoritism and political education; and it is required to follow the mass line of staff and workers in the work of political and ideological education. It is necessary to adopt their reasonable opinions and correct suggestions with an open mind. The Communist Party of China is the leading force in the development of culture and ideological and political education in China. In the course of the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, how to strengthen the ideological and political education at the grass-roots level has become an issue that needs to consider by the grassroots workers of the Party.
