Abstract

With the progress of society, the strategy of rejuvenating the country with science and technology and strengthening the country by talents has become the basic policy of our country. It has become an important task to improve the ideological and political education of colleges and universities by attaching importance to the idea of full staff and all-round education. The educational concept of "three all-round education” is the result of the continuous summary and induction with the development of the times. It is a comprehensive and systematic guiding ideology and basic principle of educating people in our country. In the process of education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct a three-dimensional structure of moral education, to form an unmatched ideological force, to mobilize the efforts of all aspects, and to promote the smooth development of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.
