Abstract

In the 21st century, with the development of society, the importance of knowledge is increasing. But when people have a deeper understanding of the importance of knowledge, they always ignore other aspects. Colleges and universities are places for talent education. With people's attention, many colleges and universities have forgotten the essence of their schools. Through the analysis of the interaction mode between physical education and sports training in colleges and universities, this paper explores how physical education in contemporary colleges and universities interact with sports.
