Abstract

China is still in a special period of change. The various contradictions and pressures generated by society are actually inevitable in all universities and colleges. At present, the psychological problems of college students have gradually become more serious, which has aroused the attention of people at all levels of the society. Therefore, it is not possible to delay or perfunctory in the psychological education of college students. At the same time, it also faces major challenges in ideological education. When teachers are grooming students' bad psychology, they need to adopt different methods according to specific cases to guide students to learn psychological methods.
