Abstract

Developing ecotourism is an important way to realize the construction of ecological civilization in China. Eco-tourism should conform to the needs of the development of the times and move towards the direction of healthy and sustainable development under the background of the construction of ecological civilization. Based on the analysis of the concepts of eco-tourism and the construction of ecological civilization, this paper outlines the ways of promoting the construction of ecological civilization by eco-tourism, and puts forward that in the process of developing eco-tourism, we should strengthen the protection of eco-cultural resources, rationally develop eco-tourism sites, scientifically plan and strengthen the public participation in eco-tourism, attach importance to ecological education and strengthen the ecological participation and tourism policy support, and improve legal protection and other ways to promote the construction of ecological civilization, in order to achieve sustainable development of ecological civilization.
